Failure times

Units that failed — hours, cycles, miles, etc.

Suspension times (optional)

Units still running or removed for unrelated reasons (right-censored).

Supported layouts:

time — one column, all failures
time, status — status 1/F = failure, 0/S = suspension
count, time, status — grouped (row expanded n times)

Header row optional; comma/tab/semicolon separator auto-detected.

Fit results and charts appear after entering at least two failure times.
